Blanchard and Calhoun was established in 1919 and is the oldest real estate company in the Augusta area.  The company has grown and developed into a multi-faceted organization through its "Family of Businesses", which includes Blanchard and Calhoun Real Estate Company, Augusta Mortgage Company and Blanchard and Calhoun Insurance Agency, Inc.  The company was ranked one of the largest independent real estate companies in the United States as well as one of the top 500 brokers in the United States by Real Trends Magazine in 2003 and 2005.
